Terms & Conditions and Return Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Tuyapack. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure fair trade and food safety standards.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Protective Clause)

Due to the nature of the packaging industry and health/hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized Products: Any products manufactured with custom molds, specific colors, or custom printing/branding. All custom-made sales are final.
  • Opened Packaging: For food safety reasons, if the original sanitary shrink-wrap or outer carton of the packaging (cups, containers, lids) has been opened, the products are no longer considered food-safe for resale and will not be accepted for return.
  • Used Items: Any item that shows signs of use or has been integrated into a production line.

2. Manufacturing Tolerances

Packaging manufacturing involves technical variables. Tuyapack reserves the right to the following:

  • Color & Material: Slight variations in color shades, transparency, or material thickness (within a ±5% industry standard) shall not be considered a defect and are not grounds for return.
  • Quantity: For bulk or custom orders, a production margin of ±5% in quantity is considered fulfilled and standard in the industry.

3. Return Policy (Stock Items Only)

Our policy for standard stock items lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original industrial packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. Inspection and Claims

  • Visible Damage: Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the pallets/boxes. Any visible damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery note (CMR/Bill of Lading) before signing.
  • Hidden Defects: Claims for functional defects must be submitted in writing to info@mediumorchid-leopard-327963.hostingersite.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Rejection: If the items are found to be contaminated, opened, or damaged by the customer, the refund will be rejected, and the goods will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed (minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee) to your original payment method.

6. Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased under “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Stock-Exit” campaigns are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Akçaburgaz, 137. Sk. No:5/6, 34522 Esenyurt/İstanbul.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For international returns, Tuyapack is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return process.
